• What are the benefits of being a member?

  As a member, you can enjoy exclusive rewards and benefits. Members can earn points on all purchases and redeem them for discounts on future orders. In addition, members have access to member-only promotions, early access to sales, and more.

• How do I join Appaman membership rewards?

  Joining Appaman Membership Rewards is easy and free. If you already have an Appaman account, you are automatically enrolled in the program. If you don't have an account yet, simply click HERE to join us!

• How do I earn points?

  After logging in to your account, complete actions in 'Ways to Earn' to earn points.

• How can I redeem my points?

  Exchanging your points for rewards couldn't be easier! Simply choose from the reward options on reward page, and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your chosen reward, and copy the code at checkout.

• How do I check my points balance?

  To check your points balance, simply login in to your account and check your point balance on the reward page.

• Will my points expire?

  Your points will expire after one year of inactivity. Inactivity includes not interacting with our store i.e., redeeming points, placing an order, etc.

• Why didn't I receive any points after referring my friend?

  Thank you so much for sharing us with your friends! We really appreciate it. Points will be added to your account after your friend completes their first purchase on our website. Please note it might take 24 hours for points to be credited to your account. When this happens, you will receive an email letting you know that one of your referrals made a purchase using your code and that a reward was added to your account. You can also check your ‘Rewards History’ to see a list of any points that you have received for referrals.

• Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?

  Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back to your rewards account.

• What happens to my points if I return a purchase?

  If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account. If it's a partial return, only the points of returned items will be deducted.
