 Appaman – Suits4Life Giveaway Terms and Conditions

  1. No purchase necessary. No purchase is necessary to enter our giveaways.
  2. Dates of giveaway. Time period for entering the giveaway is March 9 until March 31.
  3. Winner will be announced on April 1, 2022.
  4. Notification and response. Winners will be notified by email.  Winner must respond by email within three (3) calendar days of the winner announcement and provide a valid shipping address. If the winner has not responded by that time, a new winner will be selected.
  5. Acceptance of Giveaway Terms and Conditions. By entering this giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you object to or do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, please do not enter the giveaway.
  6. Method of entry. To enter any giveaway, follow the directions for entry as listed in the giveaway notification. You must provide a valid email address or phone number with your entry. You can only enter once per contest.
  7. Who can enter? Anyone! You must provide a valid shipping address. 
  8. Prizes. A lifetime supply of Appaman Fine Tailoring is defined as one suit of your choice EVERY YEAR from this year until your child outgrows our styles (16 years old)! A maximum of 13 suits over a lifetime. Once selected, the winner will be given two choices:
    1. To receive a Suits4Life for their child up front; one suit in each available size - from their current age until they grow out of Appaman (size 16), or:
    2. A $1,000 gift card to Appaman valid for all full priced items on Appaman.com. The gift card can be used to purchase fine tailoring or any other collection.
  9. Method of winner determination. All drawings are random. 
  10. Shipping. Shipping cost will be covered by Appaman. We ship only to the USA. Overseas customers must pay for shipping.
  11. Disqualification. Appaman reserves the right to remove entries which are believed to be fraudulent or invalid. 
  12. Privacy. We respect your privacy and do not sell contact information to any other company. We may use the winner’s name, prize information, and state/country of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. We may send entrants notification of future contests via email. You may unsubscribe from these email notifications at any time. 
  13. Prize delivery. Please allow 2-6 weeks for your prize to arrive. Shipping cost in the United States is included!
  14. General Conditions. The following general conditions apply to our giveaways:
    • Must be 18 or older to enter.
    • Void Where Prohibited. The giveaway is void where prohibited, taxed, regulated or where registration is required. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant (for present and future entries) thought to be attempting to disrupt the giveaway.
    • We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or modify the giveaway if fraud, virus or other technical problems or any other factors beyond our control in any way interfere or corrupt the administration of the giveaway.
    • Prohibition of Automated Entries. Any use of automated or programmed methods of effecting entries online is prohibited
