 Q. How do I know what size to order for my little one?
Click here for a complete guide to how our clothing and accessories measure up. The best way to get an accurate fit is to go by measurements, not just age. If your kiddo is in between sizes, we usually recommend buying a size larger, but you should also consider how you want the item to fit and if you want to leave room for your growing child. If you have any questions, give us a call.

 

 Q. Can I try something on?

 Q. Can I return or exchange something? 
Yes! Please visit our Policies and Returns page for complete information and a link to our Return Authorization page.

Final Sale is offered on select styles and colors, and the prices reflect savings. Merchandise marked “final sale” may not be returned or exchanged and is not eligible for price adjustments. Any product 40% off or more is considered final sale and can not be returned for store credit or a refund.

 

Q. Can you adjust my order when a new promotion launches?

Seasonal promotions are subject to change during that promotional time. Appaman will honor a price adjustment within seven days of the online purchase if purchased at full price (not originally purchased during a sale). Black Friday, Cyber Monday, "Special Price" or “Limited Time Offer” items are excluded from the seven-day price adjustments. Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for price adjustments. All price adjustment requests must be requested before your order is delivered. Please email support@appaman.com. Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days and back to the original form of payment. All promotions exclude permanent collection.

 

 Q. How long does it take for an order to ship? Do you offer expedited shipping?

All orders are shipped Monday - Friday during business hours. Once we receive your order, it will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from our warehouse in New Jersey. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after the items have been dispatched. (Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for dispatch during peak sales/holidays.)


Please note these are average delivery times and not guaranteed, some states can take an additional day or two. For packages sent to Canada, please allow a few extra days for customs. 

Note: We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

 

 Q. How can I be notified when your next season launches? Do you have promotions or sales?
Lots of ways! And yes! Just follow us on Instagram, become a fan on Facebook, or fill out the newsletter post at the bottom of the website.  (Pro tip: our email subscribers are the first ones to hear about product launches and promotions and sometimes have access to exclusive discounts). We encourage you to visit our retailers in person and online.
 

Q. I want to sell Appaman merchandise in my store. How do I do that?

Nope, all of our designs are Appaman originals. We hope they inspire you!

Q. Can I submit my cute kid to be considered as an Appaman model?

We certainly love seeing cute kids in Appaman clothing! If you become our fan on Facebook, or follow us on Instagram, we'd love for you to post pics of your kiddo in Appaman gear! Just tag us! Please note, at this time, Appaman is all set in the model department. If we do a casting call down the line, we would let parents know on our Facebook or Instagram pages. Follow us for updates!

 

Q. What sizes are in the Appaman range?
Our merchandise starts at 2T and goes up to size 16. This includes, Appaman Girl (2T-14), and Appaman Boy (2T-14). Boys Fine Tailoring is available through size 16. Please see our size chart for more details.

 

Q. Do I have to set up an account to place an order?
Not at all. But you will need to provide an email address in order for us to send you the order confirmation and tracking information. Please note, setting up an account gives you access to cool deals and promotional codes!

 

Q. What payment methods do you offer?
Klarna's 4 interest-free installments, allow you to split purchases into 4 equal payments automatically charged to your debit or credit card every 2 weeks. There is no interest or fees. Click here to learn more.

 

Q. Can I place an order on the site and pick it up myself?
No way, sit back and let us do all the work for you. Besides, we would like to pamper you with the best customer service possible. Save your gas money!

 

Q. Do you offer gift certificates for purchase?

THE FINE PRINT (TERMS & CONDITIONS) 

You may purchase gift cards through the Appaman website. You do not need an existing account with us in order to purchase or redeem a Gift Card. All accounts are subject to the Appaman Terms and Conditions. Gift Cards (for purposes of the Agreement, e-gift cards, and gift certificates) purchased from Appaman do not expire. Gift Cards may be redeemed on Appaman's website only. Gift Cards are issued in U.S. Dollars. They cannot be transferred, exchanged or resold, or redeemed for cash (except where required by law) or credit. All sales of Appaman Gift Cards are final and non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.

 

Q. When I set up an account with my email, will I receive snail mail or newsletters?
We hope that you would like to be kept in the Appaman loop! We do send out email blasts to our online customers who opt to receive them. If you do not want to receive our newsletters, simply click the "unsubscribe" link in the email. You can always find updates, contests, and giveaways via our Instagram or Facebook pages as well! Now isn't that cool!?
