Returns, Exchanges & Shipping

Please be sure to read our returns and exchanges policy before submitting a return request.

  • Any Appaman product not marked 'Final Sale' purchased on Appaman.com can be returned up to 30 days from the purchase date.
  • There is a shipping/restock fee of $9.99 for items sent back for a refund.
  • We offer free shipping on all domestic exchanges and store credit returns.
  • Items marked Final Sale or purchased at 40% or more of a discount are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • For an accepted return, the item(s) must meet all of the following requirements: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, or damaged, factory tags attached, with its original packaging.
  • Appaman does not price match third party vendors.
  • No exceptions will be granted.

*Please note that returns may require further inspection if they do not meet these guidelines, which will result in a delay in receiving a refund or exchange.

Shipping

Orders ship Monday–Friday from our New Jersey warehouse within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking—click “Track Package” for estimated delivery.

Delivery Times:

Most orders arrive within 4–9 business days (please allow 1–2 extra days during peak sales or holidays). Canadian orders may take a few extra days for customs.

Appaman is not responsible for lost or missing packages marked as “delivered.” Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on distance from New Jersey.

U.S. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 3 easy options within 30 days of delivery:

  1. Refund: Returns using our label incur a $9.99 fee. Refunds appear within 5-7 business days after processing.
  2. Free Exchanges: Enjoy free shipping on exchanges and store credit returns. Choose Instant Exchange (ships right away with a temporary hold) or Standard Exchange (processed after we receive your return).
  3. Store Credit: Issued as a gift card once your return is received—plus, get bonus credit for choosing this option!
Canada Returns & Exchanges

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after we receive your return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags and original packaging, and not marked Final Sale. Items discounted 40% or more are Final Sale and non-returnable.

  1. Refund: You’ll receive the return address once your request is approved. International customers must provide their own label. Refunds appear within 7 business days after processing.
  2. Store Credit: Issued via gift card once your return is received.

*Final Sale Items - Final Sale is offered on select styles and colors, and the prices reflect savings. Merchandise marked “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged and is not eligible for price adjustments. If you place a new order for the same style that you are returning that is no longer on sale, please email support@appaman.com for further assistance.

*Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season or during sale periods, please allow extra processing time for returns & exchanges.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges from customers who we believe are attempting to abuse our return policy.

Due to the high volume of shoppers during the holiday season, please allow 5-7 days for your order to be processed, prepped, and shipped out to you. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your items have been dispatched

Shipping Methods

All US orders placed through www.appaman.com are shipped via ground shipping. We offer Standard Ground Shipping. Orders to Canada ship via the United States Postal Service using Priority Mail International and are delivered by Canada Post. There is a $30 flat rate for shipping to Canada. 

All orders are shipped Monday - Friday during business hours. Once we receive your order, it will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from our warehouse in New Jersey.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after the items have been shipped from our warehouse. At the bottom of the email, you can select "Track Package" to see your estimated delivery time from the carrier. (Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for shipping during peak sales/holidays.)

We ship to all of the United States and Canada only. Orders shipped to the Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut will ship standard USPS International and cannot be expedited. All of our web site prices are in U.S. dollars, and the credit card company will calculate the exchange automatically. Please note that most orders sent outside of the US will ship from Appaman.com on their processing day, they are subject to review by Customs upon arrival. Appaman does not pre-pay customs or duties. The customer will be responsible for any duties and fees issued by Customs.

Customs, Taxes & Duties

Appaman.com does not pre-pay fees associated with customs, duties, or border taxes for Canada-bound shipments. The customer is responsible for associated fees and should check current rates before placing an order.

Order Cancelation

We process orders very quickly in order to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, we cannot change or cancel your order once it has been submitted. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

We accept several forms of payment here at appaman.com We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. We do not accept payment by check, money order or purchase order, and we do not accept orders through the mail. All prices are in US Dollars.
