Returns  and  Exchanges

Items returned within 30 days after the order has shipped are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. In order for your return to be accepted, the item(s) must meet all of the following requirements: unworn, unaltered, unwashed or damaged, tags factory attached and with its original packaging.

How it works:
Visit our Returns Center, then enter your email to get a return started. Select the eligible item(s) you want to send back. You will be able to instantly print a UPS return label. Box up your return along with your original packing slip and drop it off to a UPS location. Within one week, you will receive a notification of your refund (original purchase less $8 label fee).

Damaged and/or Defective merchandise procedures
First of all, please accept our apology! If you received an item that is damaged/defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt or your return/exchange will not be accepted. Please note: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. However, if we can replace your item with the exact one we originally sent out, then the shipping and handling fees to get it back to you are on us. If you would rather not receive an even exchange for your damaged/defective merchandise, then return it to us within 7 days of receipt to the address listed above and we will gladly issue a refund based on your original form of payment. Made a sizing snafu?
We know that size can be an issue when fitting growing kids. We do ask that you refer to our size chart to ensure the best fit before placing your order. However, we are unable to process exchanges for sizing or order errors made by the customer. We simply ask that you follow the guidelines for returns stated above and place a new order for your desired items. Please note: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If you find that we sent you the wrong merchandise, we will gladly process an exchange for the item originally ordered. Just drop us an email at hello@appaman.com to get the process started. Please understand that we are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded, plus the shipping and handling fees.

Things to consider when sending items back to Appaman.com
We recommend you using a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with recourse in the event that your package is lost in transit. Appaman.com is only responsible for packages that leave our shipping warehouse, from orders placed through Apppaman.com. Please return your items in the original packaging if possible.

Need to return or exchange Appaman merchandise purchased from another online retailer or physical store?
Please contact the store that you made the purchase from directly. Appaman.com does not accept responsibility for any other stores policies and procedures and will not accept returns, refund or exchanges of merchandise received outside of appaman.com


Standard US shipping takes 1-5 business days from the day your order is processed. To Canada, 5-10 business days. Please note - we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email informing you that the order has shipped. Orders placed before 10am EST will be processed the same day.

Shipping Methods
All US orders placed through Appaman.com are shipped via UPS. We offer Standard Ground and 3 Day Select shipping. 3 Day Select transit times are calculated from the day of shipping plus three business days (i.e. an order placed Wednesday evening would ship Thursday and arrive Tuesday) Orders to Canada ship via the United States Postal Service using Priority Mail International and delivered by Canada Post.

Customs, taxes, and duties
Appaman.com does not pre-pay fees associated with customs, duties, or border taxes for Canada-bound shipments. The customer is responsible for associated fees and should check current rates before placing an order.

When will I be charged for my order?
Once your order is placed, your credit card will be charged.You will only be charged for the items that you ordered, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Order Cancellations
We process orders very quickly in order to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, we cannot change or cancel your order once it has been submitted. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

General  Policies

We accept several forms of payment here at appaman.com We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not accept payment by check, money order or purchase order, and we do not accept orders through the mail. All prices are in US Dollars.

Appaman.com ships to the US and Canada only
We ship to all of the United States and Canada only. Orders shipped to the Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut will ship standard USPS International and cannot be expedited. All of our web site prices are in U.S. dollars, and the credit card company will calculate the exchange automatically. Please note that most orders sent outside of the US will ship from Appaman.com on their processing day, they are subject to review by Customs upon arrival. Appaman does not pre-pay customs or duties. The customer will be responsible for any duties and fees issued by Customs.

We only accept orders online or via phone. We process orders for delivery through our warehouse located in New Jersey.
Basically, this means you can place an order online or via phone, but you cannot come to our office or warehouse to pick it up yourself. Sit back and let us do all the work for you! Besides, we like to pamper you with the best customer service possible. Save your gas money and buy another Appaman top instead!

Privacy  Statement

What do we do with your information?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

How to remove your name from our emailing list
When you fill out one of our forms or other requests for information, you may choose to receive email that informs you about new merchandise in our stores or online, as well as special offers and promotions. In addition, we may send you emails to help us learn more about you and your preferences. About Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

About Payments
Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
